Implementation Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Xledger product
- Manage Xledger implementations for new customers
- Ensure implementations follow best practice, helping customers optimise processes
- Collaborate with project management and resource management teams
- Drive implementation projects to deliver measurable business benefits
- Manage third-party relationships
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope
- Report to Consulting Manager, including weekly timesheets and 15Five feedback
- Provide customer training, including mentoring new starters/interns
- Run implementation workshops
- Test new product releases intermittently
- Input on development priorities for UK-specific accounting requirements
- Support pre-sales: solution scoping, demonstrations, proposal input
Requirements
- Part-qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, ICAEW or CIMA)
- Practical experience in management/financial accounting, project accounting, multi-currency/multi-company reporting, or purchasing/stock accounting
- Strong understanding of core business processes
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Desired: fully qualified accountant; ERP implementation experience (Unit4/Agresso, Microsoft, SAP, Sage 200, NetSuite, Oracle); audit/finance business partnering background; strong IT skills
