Our Founder

Cally founded Balance after seeing brilliant people step out of high-pressure roles not because they couldn’t do the job, but because the systems around them failed to support them. With experience across recruitment, leadership development, and wellbeing strategy, she understands both board-level expectations and the human realities faced by those delivering results.

Her mission is simple: to help leaders stay in the room—not burn out of it—by changing how organisations hire, develop, and retain their most critical talent.
